Luzdoc would like to inform our clients that we are not a Covid-19 REFERRAL unit.
However, we have specific protocols in place to guide our decision-making in suspected or positive cases for this infection:
• All clients who come to Luzdoc are screened at the time of arrival through an epidemiological questionnaire and by measuring body temperature with an infrared thermometer.
• If the epidemiological questionnaire is negative without any associated covid-19 symptoms such as cough, fever, difficulty in breathing, muscle pain, headaches, loss of smell or taste, then the client will be admitted into the clinic.
• If the screening is positive the patient will be IMMEDIATELY directed to the isolation room for further EVALUATION.
